Easiest Island Snapper recipe everybody needs!!!
11/2 Cup lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Salt
1 tbs honey
1 Tbs Fresh ground pepper
1 Med. White Onion Sliced
2 Cloves Garlic chopped
1/2 lb cherry tomatoes
2 sprigs chives chopped
Canola Oil for frying
Wash, cleaned, scaled whole snappers in cold water and 1/2 cup lemon juice.
Drain snapper, season with salt to taste and ground pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes
Blot snappers dry with paper towels fry for 10 minutes our until golden brown
In bowl, mix remaining lemon juice, salt, honey, onions, chopped tomatoes and toss.
Serve snapper with a heavy helping of salsa as seen above
Garnish with chopped chives.
