Shrimp Souse!!! That's right, we have the recipe! #creativecraziness

The Super take on the Caribbean's Ultimate Spicy Snack

Growing up in Trinidad, Souse was just a delicacy EVERYONE loved! We would make it from every type of "foot" we could find, Cow-foot, chicken foot, pig foot even  occasionally we would make this delicacy from cow skin. Whatever we chose as our medium  we would pickle and spice the hell out of  it and it would be so very good, just about every person within nose-shot of the deliciousness would want some, vegan or not!

That thought got us thinking...all those types of foot really left out the non-meat eaters who craved the pickled goodness that is souse. Fast forward to today and we are happy to share what we think is the MOST scrumptious Souse variation with our VERY OWN....
